![]() In this course the theory will be taught from the workbook of the Scuola Italiana Pizzaioli. Students will work together and be taught the authentic way of making California Style Pizza using specific and unique ingredients like Mondako Flour by Pendleton. Incorporating spices and wheat blends in your dough recipes. Using traditional ingredients like Stanislaus Tomato Products & Grande Cheese. Brick and Wood Fired Oven training, this course has it all. Students will learn how to be creative with toppings making specialty pizzas such as The Cholula Pizza (Mexican Style Pizza), Local Armanino Pesto Pizza with Caramelized Onions & sliced Red Potatoes. The Sunshine Pizza (with Proscuitto, Mandarin Oranges, Balsamic and Arugula), Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza, Plus Organic Pizzas & Organic Giustos Whole Wheat dough recipes and Dessert pizzas will also be taught throughout the course. Students will learn how to saute ingredients for pizzas and work together on plating pizzas in several unique ways. |
